Presentation Workshop
A recent survey revealed that people fear speaking and presenting in public more than death.
Our Presentation Workshop will give you the skills you need to be a flawless presenter. Whether you are presenting to a small group at a meeting, a speech at a wedding reception or delivering a presentation to a large audience, you will be trained how to communicate with confidence, fluency and ease.
You will be taught:
- How to define your purpose and audience
- Skills required to organise arguments and ideas into structured speeches
- Confidence in speaking to a group
- Presentation skills
- A clear and focused speaking voice
- Positive body language
- Relaxation and breathing exercises
- Awareness of the performing space
- Vocal confidence and physical presence
- Vocal projection and volume
- Pitch, pause and pace in presentation
- The ability to relate to other people
You will be trained in a small supportive group of a maximum of six students allowing you attention and focus so that your weaknesses may be strengthened and your strengths developed.
