Seller
The Seller for all products and services is Janette Sedgebeer trading as Executive Language Tutors (“Executive Language Tutors”) whose registered office is 28 Jews Walks, London SE26 6PL.

Order Acknowledgement
Your order will be acknowledged on our website on the understanding that delivery of services and products are subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if services or products are limited or withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control such as acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, or legislation. If such a problem arises, we will advise you as soon as we can and you will be issued with an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the services or goods in question.

Order Acceptance
Order Acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the receipt of the order for services and/or dispatch of the services or products ordered by you whichever is the sooner unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below Cancellations.

Downloads
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The service or product you ordered being unavailable due to availability
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for and/or payment from you
• The identification of a pricing or service or product description error

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order. You will be charged the current price for buying services and/or goods from our website at the date you place your order. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Delivery
Where goods are delivered by post, we aim to dispatch all orders within two working days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.

General
All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods and services from our website shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters. If goods supplied are found to be faulty a refund will be made provided that they are returned within reasonable time, in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (amended). In the first instance, please contact our Customer Services on 020 7884 0441 or by email to arrange for an immediate return.

Cancellation
If, for any reason, you are unhappy or simply do not want the products you have ordered, let us know within 30 days of receiving them and we will arrange for a full refund to be made after you return the goods to us in their original condition. This 30 day period starts the day after you receive the goods. The refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We refer you to our Standard Terms and Conditions in relation to training services.

If you are unable to return the goods within 30 days, we will arrange for a collection and the costs will be deducted from your refund. In the first instance, call our Customer Services on 020 7884 0441 or by email and let us know your intention.

If you wish to cancel before the items are dispatched you are asked to call our Customer Services on 020 7884 0441 or by email as soon as is practicably possible. If your cancellation is received after the items have been dispatched just send it back to us unopened for a refund of full purchase price.
